OT:Announcement new address to #a11y IRC room for accessibility community

Howdy all,

for sure some of you noticed that the accessibility IRC community relays 
are not available anymore.
this happens to problems with the domain providers. we solved that issue 
now.
Old connection information was:
Room (old): *#a11y*
Network (old): *irc.netwirc.tk*
the connection information has changed to the following::
Room (new): *#a11y*
Network (new): *irc.talkabout.cf *
or alternative as Network alias (new): *irc.linux-a11y.org
*(both networks will end in the same servers :), its your choice)*
*Some of you already found there way back.
