Howdy Eric,

I m not an packager for those distos but fenrir is available for all distros using the python package manager pip.
sudo pip3 install fenrir-screenreader
you need to install sox, speech-dispacher python-speech-dispatcher and espeak with your packet manager first since tgose dependencies are not in pip repository.
Not sure about vinux, the initial plans was to include it. But i did not hear that much from the project last time. I will ask and give you an answer.

About debian/ubuntu maybe samuel can help out here since he packaged the 1.06 version as .deb?

Cheers Chrys
