Problem trying to install manjaro

Hello list,

I was trying to use a USB drive to try manjaro linux. Everytime I use rufus on the USB drive and try to boot off of it I get a image was not authorized error. I have tried it with multiple USB drives with the same result. I made sure that secure boot was not active and I do not even have that feature on my laptop.

Would anyone have a idea on how to fix this issue?
