Linux distribution for the blind these days

Do you have an USB stick and can your computer / laptop boot from USB? 
If yes, you can download an image and copy it with dd to the usb stick, 
all data on the stick will get lost. Then boot from the stick and 
install the system with braille and / or speech support...
