# Well, just wondering if Fenrir would work with a DecTalk U S B?

Fenrir only supports software speech at the moment, using either a 
direct Espeak driver or speech-dispatcher. I heard of a generic driver 
that may possibly be able to be used to send other software and/or 
hardware speech synthesizers text to be spoken, but I'm not sure whether 
or not it's complete or how to configure it. I have only tested with 
speech-dispatcher.
