HotKeys to increase/decrease speakup volume during debian installation

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Hi,
Volume Decrement = Speakup+1
Volume Increment = Speakup+2

Speakup help is Speakup+F1. The above two are near the bottom of the list (it's sorted alphabetically).
