How to start gnome-orca along with windows manager

It depends on what is your expectation on the screen magnification. Do 
you expect mouse tracking only or do you expect also focus tracking 
(keyboard) ?

I'm writing this mail with Compiz 0.9 and Orca from an Hypra system.
