Fenrir 1.9 released (fwd)

Howdy,

storm is currently updating the PKGBUILD currently it seems that he has 
some issues here.
It will be fixed. i will notify you if it ready. sorry for that.

currently you can get it via pip
sudo pip install -I fenrir-screenreader
