Switching console in guest operating system.

I don't have a Mac, and it's been a while since I've used VMware Player, 
but when using VMware Player under Ubuntu, I was able to go into VMware 
Player's configuration and change the key sequence that returned control 
back to the host operating system. Maybe something similar can be done 
on the Mac.
