Microsoft has been getting better for a few years now. Not all that one thinks isn’t true for all time. ☺️
Narrator is actually improving. Not at an alarming rate or anything, and core apps in Windows, especially Mail, remain a pain for any screen reader user to use, but maybe they’ll actually listen to feedback on that issue, and not just do whatever they feel like at the time, which, to be fair, is what most companies seem to do, even in the accessibility space. "It doesn’t matter what you want," they seem to say, “we know what you want, so we’ll do what we know you want."
