Orca on manjaro

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Hello,

I looked at the talking arch and when I read over the instructions on how to install it, I was past confused. If I did not have to edit this or edit that I would. It sounds real good. However I am a beginner and the instructions sound overwhelming. Is this correct?
