Chromevox causing segfaults?

Anyone else found this recently? I did the 'eyes free' ChromeVox 
install, and it worked....sort of. It now seg faults whenever I hit a 
link, or open a new tab, or a new window.

Anyone got any ideas or had this happen to them? As soon as I open a new 
tab, segmentation fault, as soon as I try it in Chromium? Seg fault. 
Soon as I try it in any Chrome or Chromium based browser, with ChromeVox 
being the sole extension....you guessed it. Seg fault.
