efi install went well until second reboot

[Linux for blind general discussion]

I know nothing about Arch, but to indstall GRUB you need
not only to run grub-install but also after that:
grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
or
udate-grub
to populate the grub boot menu with boot entries.
