I found a pretty nice kit for $55 on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07G1LMFRG/ref=ox_sfl_cart_mbc_s8?smid=&psc=1
It includes the latest Raspberry Pi 3B+, a 2.5A power supply and an aluminum
alloy cooling case that makes contact with the chips, so heat sinks aren't
needed. You will need a MicroSD to use as your system drive, but if you can
write an iso to a USB drive, you can just as easily write the Raspberry Pi OS
image, and that actually skips the second install that is needed for OS
installation from an iso, as the OS you put on the MicroSD is ready to use
almost as soon as you insert the MicroSD into the machine. Most of the process
of making the OS ready to use is automated, and the rest of the process just
involves answering a few questions and following a few prompts that will get you
up and running with a fully functional OS in about 3 to 5 minutes. I would
recommend trying out F123Light first, downloadable from
https://public.f123.org/
because it comes up talking as soon as the automated part of the first boot
process completes. It starts with the Fenrir screen reader and the RHVoice
speech synthesizer, which is one of the best available. This will also give you
an opportunity to test a fairly new distro for the Raspberry Pi and contribute
to its development. F123Light is still considered to be in an early stage of
development, but if you are willing to help test and report problems you find,
it is well worth trying.
