What distribution will work with the virtual machine on a Mac?

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Hi!
Any distro that are accessible i think.
I use an old vinux 5.1 system but i think ubuntu or fedora might work as well.
Vmware Fusion for mac is pritty straight forward.
