What distribution will work with the virtual machine on a Mac?

Hi!
You should press the super + alt + s to start it.
if you hear a bonk sound then you don’t have focus on linux.
You have to experiment a bit to get this going.
I hae tried ubuntu with no luck but vinux worked and i guess slint will work as it comes up talking.
