As in, installed Mate, did a eopkg up and Firefox launches and responds
to Orca keys.
But, it doesn't give output to Orca. For instance. Hitting Orca+T for
time, Orca doesn't announce the time in Firefox, yet works fine in
Seamonkey/Chromium/etc
