New packages available for Slint: flatpak and pipe-viewer

[Linux for blind general discussion]

My web searching showed me two programs with the same name, except for
case.  The one in all lower-case is a progress meter and speed test for
running commands.  the one with the 'p' and 'v' in upper case must be
the one y'all are talking about?
