Running Android Voices in Linux?

As an aside, clone it like this:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/RHVoice/RHVoice.git

Some parts are provided as sub-modules so else they will miss when building,
including the new Victoria Russian voice, and the whole build will fail.

Speaking from (bad) experience...
