cli-party package

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Before trying to run cli-party since it was already installed on my 
machine, I did a git pull and maybe since the git pull didn't find 
html2text and xidel this is why I'm having the problem with html2text now. 
I'll try another git pull and see if that resolves this situation.
