GRML or other live environment

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Boot parameter on grml is blind-friendly.  After boot finishes
speakup_synth=soft as a command if memory serves starts espeak.  It's been
a while since I did anything with that distribution though.  Another
possibility might be knoppix.
