rhvoice broken on Arch

Hi Janina,

I am but puzzled as RHVoice 1.4.2 works here (Slint).

AFAIK the only thing that changed since I have built it is the packaging.

Is rhvoice listed among the available synthesizers in the Orca 
preferences GUI?
