Coqui TTS has blew my mind!

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Howdy,

just want to try coqui again (after a while) and just got this:
$ pip3 install TTS
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not 
writeable
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement TTS
ERROR: No matching distribution found for TTS

any ideas?
