How do you customize the way punctuations are pronounced in Orca?

How can I get Orca to pronounce punctuations that way? I don't think my 
speech synthesizer has phonemes for that. Maybe I'll put it in a feature 
request for Coqui, since it's still in development. But I'd be happier 
if Espeak, RHVoice or Festival could do it, since speech-dispatcher 
knows how to talk to them. ROFL.
