We have Mycroft
among others. Mycroft is installable through snap if you have access to
it, but you can also clone its git repository and install it that way,
which seems to work better.
Unfortunately I'm not aware of any distro package for it. Mycroft isn't
bad, though it does tend to be too sensitive, hearing its name when
you're not talking to it, or when your screen reader is speaking. There
are others as I said, but I can't comment on them, as I haven't tried
them ... yet.
