Ubuntu 20.04 settings.

Hi!
I have installed Ubuntu 20.04 on a virtual machine in VMware Fusion on my Mac. Everything goes well until I am logged in.
But I have forgotten the keystroke to go to settings with Orca.
The only thing that comes up is some guide that wants me to set up several accounts.
I just don’t want that but it seems I can’t get it away.
Any help Is appreciated.
