possability of linux install question

[Linux for blind general discussion]

Ubuntu or Fedora could do that for you.  alt-windows-s toggles speech on
and off and you want to choose try ubuntu or try fedora buttons on the
desktop screen.  Desktop screen is windows-d once system boots and you
have speech.
