Getting Ready For linux

[Linux for blind general discussion]

I'm gonna use my Asus desktop computer to make this linux system disk.  
Does anyone know how to get into the BIOS setup program on an Asus M32CD 
desktop machine?  It's not obvious watching the startup screen.
