Applications menu missing in Ratpoison

Hi all,


After redoing my .ratpoisonrc with strycnine, I could finally use the 
thing as intended, however I found that I don't have an applications 
menu. Orca is also not starting after I run startx to get to the desktop.


How can I fix these issues?


I really, really like ratpoison so far.
