almalinux 9.1

[Linux for blind general discussion]

I managed to leave news in the r.almalinux subreddit tonight about the
accessibility situation with almalinux 9.1.  Maybe that will have a
positive effect at some future time.  It may be worth checking the
distro's changelog for any mentions of accessibility work in the future.
