[Bugzilla-announce-list] New Bugzilla package for live servers

New code changes were pushed to the live Red Hat Bugzilla last Friday
(January 21st, 2011). Here are the changes from the last announcement.

* Fri Jan 14 2011 Bugzilla Team<bugzilla dash owner at redhat dot com>
- Changed require from perl-CGI-RH to perl-CGI (v3.50)
* Wed Jan 12 2011 Bugzilla Team<bugzilla dash owner at redhat dot com>
- Bug 663548 - Need add a new hook into attachment/edit.html.tmpl for hwcert catalog
* Mon Jan 10 2011 Bugzilla Team<bugzilla dash owner at redhat dot com>
- Bug 584956 - 1.1.8: Fixed for field for bug reports

Config Changes:
Turn on the newly created parameter "usetargetrelease"
Update the following fields in data/params file to the new following values:
'defaultpriority' =>  'unspecified',
'defaultseverity' =>  'unspecified',
