Hi,

Due to potential for disrupting the Fedora 17 release on May 22nd
the Bugzilla upgrade date has been brought forward to Saturday 19th.

the Bugzilla 4.2 upgrade targeted for:  May 21 2200 UTC 
has been brought forward to:            May 19 2100 UTC

During the upgrade Bugzilla will be completely unavailable. Barring any
problems the expectation is it will be complete in 3 hours.
