[Container-tools] doc volunteer

Hi container-tools list, 

As I try to ramp up on the work you are doing I'd like to volunteer to help with some of the documentation. I did the man pages for Docker and also some content for projectatomic.io. So I think I could do this again for container-app etc. That way I can get up to speed on what is happening. I'll have to do some testing as I go and can provide some feedback and also some examples for the documentation. 

I know it's early days yet but I thought I'd throw my hat in now. Besides Farmer Carl called me chicken and said I need to be a pig ;-) Getting like a petting zoo around here with cattle and pets, chickens and pigs.
