kubernetes-1.0.0-0.8.gitb2dafda.el7.x86_64.rpm has landed in extras repo

A recent rebuild of atomicapp vagrant box should have it.

Recently I built a scratch build [2] of CentOS atomicapp which have kube 
1.0 .

If one needs even more latest build of kube, check 
virt7-docker-common-release repo [3]. Presently it has kube 1.1.0
