[Container-tools] Kubernetes single node setup is broken after recent EL7 update

Kubernetes single node setup is broken after updating to 
1.0.0-0.8.gitb2dafda.el7 [1]. It is working fine for new installations 
of k8s.

This is only seen after doing an yum update. For details please refer 
the issue #68 [1]
