[Container-tools] adb-tests repo

Hey all,

So as you may know, "adb-tests" has been created in regards to
(currently) three tests:
 - adb-testing (Navid Shaik)
	Setup ADB and Eclipse integration
 - atomicapp-ci (Greg Allen)
	Jenkins script for testing Atomic App CLI
 - adb-vagrant (Lala)
	Vagrant testing for ADB

>From now on, please contribute any and all tests that relate to the
three above to the adb repo (github.com/projectatomic/adb-tests). 
All the respective people who have gotten their repo's
merged should now have permission to commit any changes freely!
