[Container-tools] Fellow report, Dec 21 week, 2015

Hi all,

Here's what I have been upto last week:
- Some improvements to refactored Nulecule params[1]
- Created a nested Nulecule example on top of refactored Nulecule params[1][2]
    - refactored redis atomicapp
    - refactored postgresql atomicapp
    - along with sentry app to consume external redis, postgresql nulecule
      applications
- Sent a patch for resolving inconsistency between centos/postgres and official
  postgres container images[3] at [4]

This week, I'll be working on
- Fixing atomicapp issues this week
