[Container-tools] Issue with concurrent docker image pulls

I've resolved issues like this by switching to direct-lvm. In my 
Vagrantfile, I add another disk (libvirt.storage :file, :size => '10G'),
and then run a provision script to:

echo DEVS="/dev/vdb" > /etc/sysconfig/docker-storage-setup
echo VG="docker" >> /etc/sysconfig/docker-storage-setup
docker-storage-setup
