[Container-tools] atomicapp-examples repo

Mark Lamourine pulled together an examples repo where we can host atomic app[1] examples. Presumably we could pull this into an organization repo as it's built out so we have a representative library of apps to reference, demo and build composite applications with. If someone knows of another repo target for these please speak up and let's collab.
