Just a caution on this, the other leads of project-atomic have expressed 
some misgivings regarding "things" moving in to the gh-project-atomic 
namespace without discussion on the project-atomic mailing list(s).

Should we do an intro to the "project" there and try to gather some 
feedback regarding applicability, mention of this ML, looking for 
contributions, etc? (primarily looking at you: jzb here).
