hi,

https://github.com/kbsingh/cccp-index is now online, and I am looking
for feedback before we start finalising things.

This is the index that people can request inclusion into. Which would
in turn allow them to consume the CentOS container pipeline for their
build, test, delivery process.

The pipeline is intended to be available to anyone for any code as
long as its legal to distribute and compatible with the general open
source licenses.
