[Container-tools] Recommending the use of Cockpit on Fedora Workstation?

In debugging some issues with the container I'm working on, I found
Cockpit's local web UI invaluable in seeing what Docker was actually
doing (in particular, which containers currently existed, and what
images I had cached locally).

Would it make sense to explicitly recommend installing Cockpit when
working with containers on Fedora Workstation?
