[Container-tools] Fellow Report 10-26-15

Here is a report of my activities for the week of 10-26-15:

- Held meetings/discussions about atomic cli + atomicapp cli pain points
- A few atomicapp PRs [1][2], PR reviews, and testing.
- Work on Fedora 23 release.. Raised a few issues [3][4][5][6]
- More work for fedora 23 vagrant boxes in Atlas [7]
- Work with Digital Ocean through git repo [8] for F23 release
