[Container-tools] Issue with k8s and openshift service in parallel (same box)

Hi,

I am able to run k8s and openshift services (origin container) on same
vagrant box in parallel[0]. But now if I am going to use atomic run
<app_name> then it will throw exception[1] which is expected but I am
not sure that if we should have an option/argument  where we can
provide kube-service address? I am yet to try-out openshift behaviour
for same and will put observation in same thread.
