[Container-tools] Status on ADB and Eclipse integration on Windows

Hi,

This is regarding ADB and Eclipse Docker tooling integration for Windows
platform.

With latest (0.0.4) release of vagrant-adbinfo [1] plugin, we have added
integration support for ADB and Eclipse tooling for Windows platform.

Steps to setup ADB and Eclipse tooling are at [2]
