[Container-tools] vagrant-registration 1.0.0 released

Hi all,

today I released a new version of vagrant-registration[0].

I think it was a time to release a stable 1.0.0[0] so we can
follow semantic versioning in the future and stop with the
aplha labeling.

One of the new enhancements that CDK can take from it is the
automatic warnings that are displayed if a user specify an 
option that is no longer supported (handy when upgrading from
old versions).
