[Container-tools] Regularly updated OpenShift Origin v3 client RPMs?

Are there regularly updated OpenShift Origin v3 client RPMs available anywhere?

All the instructions I can currently find say to download them
manually, without any automated update tracking.

There's an unofficial COPR at
https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/mmilata/openshift/, but that
hasn't been updated to add Fedora 23 support.
