[Container-tools] Nulecule/AtomicApp getting started experience

Hi all,

when I was learning about Nulecule and AtomicApp in past week I noticed
that there is no tutorial that would guide you thought creating new
Nulecule application using AtomicApp from scratch to running application
(or i didn't found one).

I like to learn by example, so first thing I am looking for, when I am
investigating new project, is some quick step by step guide. I really
like quick start guides, where each step has explained code that you can
copy/paste and as result you get *working example*.

Kubernetes 101 [1] or Quick start for Docker Compose [2] are good
examples of that.

I think this could help to get people to understated what Atomic App is
about, and maybe remove some initial confusion they might have.
