[Container-tools] Atomic App 0.1.12 Release

Hey all,

You can get a signed release at: http://download.projectatomic.io

I have a basic site up (and running in a container!) so you can go and
grab the release.

Tomorrow I will be doing:
* adding the rest of the releases && tagging them
* https / SSL
* short description on each release / link to github
* making it a bit more pretty :)
