[Container-tools] Tried to use CDK v2 in Developer Portal but I failed

Please try the CDK download from the Red Hat Developers site again.  There was an unexpected delay in getting the GA CDK files released to the Red Hat Developer's site.   It has been resolved in the last 24 hours.
